Capital Campaign Consulting

Capital campaigns shouldn't drain your organization to build your future.

If your board knows something big is needed, but staff is stretched, systems aren't ready, or past fundraising felt unsustainable, you are not alone.

I help nonprofits prepare for capital campaigns the right way: by strengthening internal systems, aligning leadership, and building funding strategies that support your mission long after the campaign ends.

If you are asking, "Are we truly ready?"

That is exactly where our work begins.

How This Work is Priced

Capital campaign consulting is scoped based on organizational readiness, campaign complexity, and the level of support required. Fees are structured as flat project fees or phased consulting engagements, not commissions or contingency fees, and are fully aligned with the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Code of Ethical Standards.

Most capital campaign engagements fall within a defined range and are tailored after an initial readiness and strategy conversation. Engagements are scoped collaboratively and priced transparently, with no compensation tied to funds raised.

This work is best suited for organizations seeking long‑term capacity building, not short‑term fundraising fixes.
